Product description: Doher-2025 is an environmentally friendly, PC flame retardant masterbatch, which does not contain halogen.

Physical properties:

Advantages: Adding a small amount of Doher-2025 can achieve UL94V-0 (1.6mm) grade transparent flame retardant effect. The same applies to non-transparent and halogen-free flame-retardant PCs. After adding, it has no effect on product performance, good dispersion effect, and no dust scattering phenomenon. The masterbatch is made of GE genuine PC material 241 as a carrier and concentrated with an efficient alkyl sulfonate flame retardant. It is not necessary to consider the phenomenon of uneven dispersion when the flame retardant 2024 is directly used. It is the best choice for manufacturers who will not use Doher-2024.

Dosage: 4% -5%

Uses: Doher-2025 is used for PC flame retardant, especially halogen-free transparent PC flame retardant, which can be directly injection molded or extruded.

Precautions:

1. Do not exceed 1.5% of the toughening agent. Too much affects the flame retardant effect. There is no restriction on glass fiber and the addition of toner has no effect.

2. During processing, the temperature should be controlled above 250 ℃.
