Application:

Flame retardant finishing of cloth:

The flame retardant concentration is adjusted according to the fabric weight and liquid

1. Formula: Doher-6503 flame retardant: 150-250g / KG water

10% -20% ammonia water: adjust the pH to about 5.

2. Process flow:

One dipping and one rolling (reduction rate of 60% -70%)-drying (100-120 ° C / 2min)-baking (190-210 ° C / 1-2min)

Glue flame retardant treatment:

Addition of acrylic glue is about 15%. Can be sprayed or coated on polyester or polypropylene nonwovens.
