Product description: Halogen-free flame retardant Doher6015 is an environmentally friendly flame retardant containing organic phosphates. It is used in PBT / PA halogen-free flame retardants. It has excellent fluidity and can be added by side feed. Compounding use, can completely replace OP1230 / OP1240.

2. High thermal stability and excellent flame retardant effect. Adding 14-16% flame retardant Doher6015 and 25-30% glass fiber can easily reach V0 (1.6MM) level;

Remarks:

1. Glass fiber reinforced flame retardant PBT / PA is produced. In order to achieve the best physical properties, it is recommended to use short fiber reinforcement and use double-sided feeding.

2. Feed plastic materials and additives, feed flame retardant on the front side, and staple fiber on the rear side;

When producing high temperature nylon or PA66 fiber-reinforced products, a small amount of acid absorbent and anti-yellowing agent needs to be added to protect the product color stability.

3. For the production of halogen-free reinforced flame retardant products, the screw assembly needs to be readjusted, and the screw shear is weaker than that of bromine flame retardant.

4. Proposed addition ratio: Add 10-15% of 6015 and 3-5% of 6007.
