Doher wood flame retardant Doher-6511 is a new type of halogen-free and environmentally friendly liquid flame retardant. This product changes many shortcomings of traditional flame retardants, such as easy return to moisture and low flame retardant grade, and has excellent international performance. Environmentally friendly flame retardant. Specially used in wood (multilayer board, furniture, floor), insulation board and other industries.

Advantage:

1. Low smoke and smoke suppression; smoke toxicity is greatly reduced compared with traditional flame retardants.

2. High efficiency: Due to its good permeability, it can achieve obvious flame retardant effect in a short time.

3. Halogen-free and non-toxic, in line with international environmental protection requirements.

4. Flame retardant grade: can reach B1 flame retardant grade, such as: wood oxygen index can reach 80%, making the product from flammable to flame retardant or even non-flammable.

Instructions:

Can be immersed, sprayed, brushed, pumped.

First put the flame retardant in the water tank, dilute it with water according to the ratio of 1: 3, then soak the wood or veneer in the water tank, and determine the length of the soaking time according to the water absorption of the wood xylem. For some woods that are denser For wood that is not easy to absorb water, you can consider using auxiliary equipment under pressure, and you can choose to dry or dry the soaked wood.

Suggested dosage: One to three times the amount of water can be diluted.

Vacuum pumping pressure: 300kg / m3

Brushing / spraying: 0.2-0.3kg / m2?

Drying: 40 ℃ × 2 hours, or drying below 80 ℃, or natural drying
