Belongs to environmentally friendly flame retardants that do not contain prohibited components such as halogens and heavy metals. The "fire" wood fire retardant is a red powder that is easily soluble in water. It has flame retardancy, smoke suppression, antiseptic and termite resistance. It is widely used in wood fire prevention Fire and flame retardant disposal of doors, composite wood boards and other products.
Can play dual effects of flame retardant and antiseptic. After using the "Beacon" 8124 wood flame retardant, the wood antiseptic requirements can be achieved without using wood preservatives. In particular, the company's wood flame retardants produced by the company will not cause any corrosion to the equipment such as flame retardant tanks. The company's 8124 wood flame retardant is also a good wood preservative.
Configuration of treatment liquid:
The ratio of “Beacon” flame retardant to water is generally 1: 4—1: 6 (weight ratio). It is recommended to use a higher concentration of flame retardant treatment liquid for wood that is difficult to flame retardant.
Wood flame retardant treatment:
The general vacuum treatment method is used, usually the pre-vacuum time is 30-60 minutes, most broad-leaved forests (such as birch, alder, elm) pressurization time is 30-45 minutes, the pressure is 1.2 trillion fear. The infusion time of Korean pine is 2-3 hours, the pressure is 1.4 MPa, and the infusion depth is 8-10 mm. After each treatment, the treatment liquid can be recycled, and the concentration of the treatment liquid does not change due to changes in the number of times the wood is treated.
Production process of flame retardant wood-vacuum high pressure impregnation method:
1. Put an appropriate amount of water in a container, add a flame retardant, and stir to dissolve the flame retardant into a transparent solution;
2. Put the wood in a high-pressure impregnation tank and cover it;
3. Evacuate to 600-650 mm Hg for 30-60 minutes;
4. Open the valve connected to the flame retardant storage tank and rely on vacuum to introduce the flame retardant into the high-pressure impregnation tank. When the flame retardant is filled with the impregnation tank, release the vacuum and close the vacuum valve;
5. Slowly pressurize to 1.2 ~ 1.4MPa and keep it for 2 ~ 4 hours;
6. Absorption of flame retardant: dry flame retardant / dry wood = 10 ~ 15%. Take 4 to 6 pieces of wood of the same specification in advance, label and weigh, and disperse the sample into the dipping tank; after soaking for a period of time, remove the sample and weigh it to calculate the flame retardant absorption. If the amount of flame retardant absorption is insufficient, extend the dipping time.
7. Release the pressure, discharge the medicine, close the pressure valve and the valve connected to the flame retardant storage tank;
8. Evacuate to 600-650 mm Hg for 10-15 minutes;
9. Remove the vacuum and remove the wood;
10. Dry to the required moisture content.
The company's “Beacon” wood flame retardant has passed the flame retardant test of the National Fire Safety Construction Material Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and users can use it with confidence.
